Robert C. Schaller is the Chief Executive Officer of Illinois Security Services, Inc. Mr. Schaller is a well respected and highly decorated former Chicago Police Officer. He is the winner of the Police Medal of Valor, Blue Star Award, Chicago Tribune Police Award, Chicago Sun-Times Police Award, WGN Television’s Officer of the Month, and the prestigious Lambert Tree Carter-Harrison Award from the City of Chicago. He was also featured on the national television series "Top Cops". Mr. Schaller founded Illinois Security Services, Inc. in 1984.


James R. Fleming, an equity partner in Illinois Security Services Inc., is a veteran police officer who received his training at the Chicago Police Academy. In addition he has undergone specialized training in both the State of Illinois and Federal levels and also possesses a degree in criminal justice. Mr. Fleming plays a major role in the company’s interaction with its clients to insure their satisfaction and to maintain a superior level of performance and integrity within Illinois Security Services Inc.
 

John Crivellone is a former Orland Hills Police Officer and a top graduate from Cook County Deputy Sheriffs Academy. He worked for the Cook County Sheriffs Court Services Division for a number of years before getting into private security work. John has worked in the private security field in a variety of capacities before joining Illinois Security Services, Inc. as the Director of Marketing and Sales. John is a graduate of St. Rita High School and possesses a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Chicago State University. He has also attended several security training schools including, John E Read and Associates and Southern Illinois University terrorism classes.
